Taizhou "ultra supercritical Secondary Reheating" No. 1 turbine unit lubricating oil station successfully passed acceptance

Recently, the lubricating oil station of Unit 1 of DR96 ultra-supercritical secondary reheat turbogenerator unit of Taizhou Project, designed and manufactured by Jiangsu Jianghai Lubrication & hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd., has passed the acceptance of Shanghai Turbine Factory expert group, and will be shipped in full on the next day.
The oil supply system of the secondary reheat turbo-generator set adopts the layout mode that the main oil pump is driven by 2×100% AC motor (alternate) and the emergency oil pump is driven by DC motor. It is one of the key technologies that the oil pump is required to be fast during long-term operation and failover.
It is understood that secondary intermediate reheat technology is an effective method to improve the thermal efficiency of unit. Secondary reheat technology can improve the dryness at the end of steam expansion, improve steam capacity to do work, and reduce coal consumption through secondary reheating of steam. The newly designed rotor and cylinder can be assembled to achieve a secondary steam furnace, which can improve circulation efficiency and reduce coal consumption. Specifically, the coal consumption of the power supply reaches less than 270 grams per kilowatt-hour. Jiangsu Guodian Taizhou Expansion "Secondary Reheating" demonstration project is the world's first 1000MW ultra-supercritical secondary reheating coal-fired generating set, which is the National Energy Administration's high efficiency coal burning demonstration project and the Ministry of Science and Technology's "12th Five-Year" science and technology support plan project. For the first time in the world, the project has put forward the overall design scheme of the million-kilowatt secondary reheat coal-fired unit, filling the blank in the design of the domestic secondary reheat power station. Centering on the core technology of "secondary reheat", the project aims to achieve the international leading level of power generation efficiency, power supply coal consumption and environmental protection index of the unit, and makes breakthroughs in unit parameters and system optimization by using the existing high-temperature materials. To overcome the research and development problems of 15 independent innovations in five categories including design, manufacturing, installation, control and commissioning, design and research 1000MW ultra supercritical secondary reheat power generation technology with our own intellectual property rights.
