Recently, the No.1 gas turbine project of Huaneng Suzhou Gas Turbine Project, manufactured by Harbin Electric Group Harbin Turbine Works Co., LTD., successfully fired and successfully completed the 3000 speed test with good performance indicators, laying a solid foundation for the early operation of subsequent units.
The gas turbine auxiliary oil station module of this project is designed and manufactured by Jiangsu Jianghai Lubrication & hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd. The equipment provides lubricating oil, turning oil, jacking oil and regulating oil for gas turbine and generator set bearings. During the commissioning of the unit, the service staff of the company stayed on site to ensure the operation of the equipment, and cooperated with the commissioning group to complete various works. It is learned that the Huaneng Suzhou Gas Turbine Cogeneration Project is located in Hengtang Area, West High-tech Zone, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It has built a 2×255MW gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration unit, with supporting construction of a 31.4 km heat network and 60 km natural gas pipeline project. This project is a provincial clean energy project to implement the air pollution prevention and control measures of The State Council and Jiangsu Province in Suzhou and further implement the "blue Sky Project". After the project is put into operation, more than 220 small coal-fired boilers with high energy consumption and high pollution will be shut down in the area, which can reduce coal burning by 450,000 tons of standard coal, reduce sulfur dioxide by 3,500 tons, nitrogen oxide by 260 tons and smoke by 2,000 tons, making important contributions to further optimizing Suzhou's energy structure, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, and continuously improving air quality.
