Jingqiao F class gas Turbine lubricating oil module successfully passed acceptance

Recently, the F-class gas and steam combined cycle "Two Tow one" cogeneration unit (SGT5-4000F(4) gas Turbine) designed and manufactured by Jiangsu Jianghai Lubrication & hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the acceptance of Shanghai Turbine Factory expert group, and will be shipped in full on the next day.
For the implementation of this project, the gas turbine is supplied by the turbine factory of Shanghai Electric Power Station Equipment Co., LTD., and the gas turbine is SGT5-4000F gas turbine imported from Siemens of Germany. This gas turbine has large output, high efficiency and small emission. Among them, gas turbine auxiliary equipment is designed and supplied in accordance with the modular design idea, easy installation, will greatly shorten the installation cycle.
It is understood that in 2001, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Gas Turbine Industry Development and technology introduction implementation opinions", decided to use the way of "market for technology", through Shanghai Turbine Factory, Harbin Turbine Factory, Dongfang Turbine Factory and foreign enterprises to cooperate in the production of gas turbines. Previously, the heavy-duty gas turbine market in our country was almost monopolized by GE, Siemens, and Mitsubishi, the three major gas turbine host manufacturers in Europe and America. The three main host manufacturers not only monopolize the new engine market, but also the service market, for which we have to pay an amazing amount of costs of new engine procurement and maintenance service every year.
It is known that Beijing Jingqiao Cogeneration Co., Ltd. is a subordinate enterprise of Beijing Energy Group Co., LTD., founded in 2003, located at No. 29, Caoqiao East Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. Its total installed capacity includes four 116MW hot water boilers and a set of F-class gas and steam combined cycle "Two tow one" cogeneration unit (SGT5-4000F(4) gas turbine). When the gas-steam combined cycle "two-tow one" cogeneration unit is put into operation, it is expected to have a power generation capacity of 838MW, heating capacity of 592MW and heating area of 12 million square meters.
