(I) Selection Method:
1. Calculate the total oil consumption of the system and determine the lubrication interval cycle.
2, determine the pipe length, preset pipe diameter size.
3, determine the viscosity of oil (fat) or needle penetration.
4. Check the local minimum temperature.
5, according to the above, calculate the system at the lowest ambient temperature, using the corresponding oil and pipeline accessories, from the pump outlet to the farthest lubrication point of the pressure loss of ∑P.

①. Pipeline pressure loss P tube = (P tube/L) x pipeline length
(2) The pressure loss of each pipe is omitted
(3) ∑P loss = P main pipe +P branch pipe +P distributor +P back pressure +P oil feeding pressure
6, according to the calculation results, select the oil pressure ≥1.5~2 ∑P loss host.
Note:
1, in the selection of the host, should first consider the minimum temperature and oil viscosity (or fat needle penetration) these two factors are not easy to change, using the "comparative optimal design method" to determine the host, pipe diameter, accessories.
2. In the case of similar displacement, high pressure host should be selected as far as possible.
3, in the pressure loss difference is not much, as far as possible to choose small diameter pipe, in order to reduce the oil, fat in the pipeline storage time.
4, in the host pressure, flow rate or pipe diameter can not meet the temperature, viscosity (or needle penetration) requirements, should consider reducing the size of the system, increase the host (if conditions permit, can also be equipped with heating pipe to achieve this purpose, but the investment management cost is large, try not to use).
(II) Reference standard for piping selection:
The system supervisor shall choose the cold-drawn seamless steel pipe conforming to GB8163-87 standard, and the system branch pipe shall choose the drawn copper pipe (or polyester high-pressure tubing) conforming to GB1528-87 standard. It is recommended that high pressure rubber metal hoses and pipe joints conforming to GB/T3693-92 standards or new polyester high pressure tubing be selected for pipelines used for movable lubrication points.
(III) Construction and installation test machine:
1, the main engine, electric control device should try to avoid dust, wet rain, high temperature, vibration and other environment, otherwise need to use protective facilities; Installation should consider the convenience of operation and inspection.
2. Pipeline and distributor should be constructed according to pipeline installation regulations, so as to be neat, firm and easy to check. And pay attention to strictly remove the iron chip, welding slag, dust in the oil circuit, otherwise blocked pipeline, resulting in operation failure.
3. Check the main engine, electric control, main control, accessories, branch pipe and lubrication points one by one according to the drawings and instructions before the trial run.
(IV) Matters needing attention for the trial operation of grease lubrication system:
1. After selecting the appropriate grease, the main engine can be used to fill the pipeline directly within 50 meters when filling the grease. First of all, remove a lubricating point and exhaust gas, from near to far until each port sees oil and then tighten it one by one, and then start the machine for manual filling or automatic refueling; For large systems, the main pipe and branch pipe should be manually filled first to exhaust the air, and then the operation should be carried out in accordance with the preceding procedure.
2, in the trial run, should first check the pressure gauge, insurance protection device can operate normally.
3. In the trial run, if there is abnormal resistance, it should be stopped immediately to check: is the piping flattened and blocked? Is the oil inlet at the lubrication point blocked? After solving the problems one by one, debug again until normal operation.
