Recently, the 3X700MW class gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration unit 1 Lubricating oil station of Dongguan Ningzhou Plant alternative power Supply Project, designed and manufactured by Jiangsu Jianghai Lubrication & hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd., has passed the acceptance of Harbin Turbine Factory expert group, and successfully shipped in the way of complete assembly.
This unit is a 700MW class gas-steam combined cycle thermoelectric and cold cogeneration unit, which is the largest single capacity gas unit in China. Among them, the net weight of the single lubricating oil station is about 50 tons, the length X width X height is 13.5 meters x 4.2 meters x 4.1 meters, integrated arrangement of lubricating oil components, sealing oil components, lifting oil components and fan components, to provide a variety of oil sources for the continuity and stability of the unit.
It is understood that the Dongguan Ningzhou Plant alternative power project, as an alternative power project of Shajiao Power Plant, is a provincial and municipal key energy project with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan. The project is located in the west of Ningzhou Sewage Treatment Plant, Humen Town, Dongguan City. The project plans to build three 700MW gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration units. This will be the largest single capacity gas power plant in China, and also the only 9HA.02 gas turbine project under construction in China. This model is the most advanced gas unit with the highest single power and efficiency in the world. The total annual thermal efficiency of the unit can reach 78.66%, and the pure coagulative power generation efficiency can reach 63.89%. After the completion of the project, the gas generating unit will generate about 12.423 billion KWH and 17.571,000 GJ (gigajou) of annual heating under rated heating conditions. In terms of energy conservation and emission reduction, the Ningzhou power plant will use low-nitrogen combustion and SCR denitrification technology, so that the emissions of sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and other gases will be reduced by twice as much as those of coal-fired power plants. After the completion of the project, it will play a leading role in the whole society's energy conservation and emission reduction, and further promote the green development of Dongguan City.
