Recently, China Electricity Council organized experts to hold the scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of "Domestic New ultra-supercritical turbine generator unit lumped-type lubricating oil Station" project completed by Jiangsu Jianghai Lubrication & hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd., through video conference. The appraisal committee listened to the technical research report of the project, the comparative analysis report of similar technologies at home and abroad, the test report, the user use report, the scientific and technological novelty report and other reports, and examined the appraisal data. After questioning and discussion, the appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the overall achievement of the project has reached the leading level in China.
Aiming at the domestic new-generation ultra-supercritical turbine electric drive lubricating oil system, this project is optimized in the aspects of system design, configuration and selection, so as to achieve the goal of increasing the pressure of master pipe and improving the overall reliability of the system. The research and application of this project will help to improve the safety and reliability of the same type of domestic units, eliminate safety risks and avoid the occurrence of major safety accidents. The results of this project can be applied in large turbo-generator units, and can effectively solve the safety hazards and risks of pure electric lubricating oil system under conditions such as oil pump switching and power failure. At the same time, the technical achievements of this project can be applied to the project of transforming the coaxial mechanical main oil pump into the electric main oil pump of the turbo-generator set with imported technology in China. It has application value for promoting technological progress and reducing energy consumption.
According to the introduction, the project belongs to the enterprise self-selected project. Large turbogenerator units rely on lubricating oil station system to continuously supply lubricating oil to bearings to meet pressure, temperature and cleanliness. Once there is a problem in the lubricating oil station system, it will cause a great impact, and even lead to the malignant accident of oil cut off and tile burning. This project is commissioned to develop and produce the lumped lubricating oil station for the lubricating oil system of the new generation of ultra-supercritical steam turbine units, and provide a reliable lumped lubricating oil station that can meet the requirements of electric lubricating oil pump switching and power failure.
